Returns
We want you to be happy with your SnapFix Co. purchase. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at support@shopsnapfix.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions, including the return address, within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
